Delphi_C++builder_2010官方下载地址:
http://altd.embarcadero.com/download/RADStudio2010/delphicbuilder_2010_3615_win.iso

使用说明：
SN: JAAL-SCDKV6-ETH2SG-KBAN
1）将DelphiDistiller.exe复制到：C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\7.0\bin
2）以管理员身份运行 DelphiDistiller.exe
3）选择Delphi 2010 选卡中的 Tweaks , 点击 Start in-memory crack 按键
4）点击OK键退出

2010是支持在xp下运行的最高开发ide，再往上就不支持xp了
